I was amazed by the unique and beautiful tile work around the hotel. The lobby showcased stunning original Baja Indian art, adding a touch of cultural flair. The front desk attendant went above and beyond to assist me in finding English-speaking locals and even arranged a taxi for me effortlessly. The soundproofing in the room was exceptional, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The bed had a lovely cushioned pillow top and high-quality pillows that provided great comfort. The hot water in the bath was plentiful, and the thick, fresh towels were a delightful touch. Additionally, I appreciated the option of 24-hour room service since there weren't many stores nearby. The affordable and delicious 23-peso cheese quesadilla with rice and beans was made to order using fresh ingredients right there. Despite being in an industrial area with views of a concrete plant, the overall experience was fantastic.

We appreciated having a bar and restaurant on site for convenience, and the free Wi-Fi was a nice surprise. the hotel's location near downtown saved us some driving time to get to the shops.
the bathrooms had mold and mildew, and the bed linens had stains.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Mexicali, and I must say that the location was very convenient. It was close to the main bus station, making it easy for me to travel around the city. The hotel also had new furniture in the rooms, which gave a fresh and modern feel. Additionally, I felt safe during my stay as there were police officers present in the area.
On the downside, the breakfast options were limited and could have been better. However, considering the overall experience and the convenient location, it was a minor issue that did not overshadow the positive aspects of my stay.
